About Us

We are friendly, well established, experienced private landlords specialising in Student Properties in Swansea, with full licences held with Swansea City Council, member of NLA (National Landlords Association) and Rent Smart Wales registered.

We have a variety of properties, from one bedroom self contained flats to 7 bedroom shared houses (some with en-suites), ideally located for both Swansea and UWTSD universities.

All deposits are lodged with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) so you can be assured they are safe and dealt with properly during your tenancy.

We have our own dedicated team to deal promptly with any day to day maintenance repairs that may arise during your tenancy.
